Going out of business?

This afternoon...I learned a lesson. Tanner was in negotiations with me for a Diet Dr. Pepper from my private stash.. (don't judge me)..I sell them for a dollar a can...my husband calls this racketeering...I do not...quite simply...when I go to get a drink...I like one to be there...plus..I use the money towards more 12 packs. I told Tanner.."the store is closed today"...he wasn't willing to give up...so he offered as much as ten dollars for one can...and..I was tempted...my husband would be horrified...but I stuck to my guns...the store is closed. Now..my kids always always have to get the last word...and Tanner did..."Mom, I'm not even sure this store thing is right." OUCH...trust your kids to put things into perspective...

BUSTED!

This is apparently what happens when I run to the store...and leave Tanner in charge. I found some interesting pictures on my camera...Tanner was the photographer...and Jackson was the well...you can see...I'm still not exactly sure what happened...because both boys still claim it never happened....

Yup..it's Baseball season....

Tanner had baseball try outs on Saturday...and he's really excited this year. He's in the Mustang League now (kid pitch)..and his try out went really well...

Church bound?

NO...this isn't what I mean when I say...get dressed....and at seven in the morning...it's NOT funny...

A Valentines Day Prank....

I forgot about this until I found it on my camera...I know Valentines is long past...but I couldn't resist...it still makes me laugh. It all started with the doorbell..and a valentine...I thought "oh..sweet" until 2 seconds later Wes and Jackson came in unable to control their laughter...yup...they got us.

Coral Reef Restaurant....

Yup..it's lunchtime...and another opportunity to warm up. In a word..."yum"...I know seafood...but not for me...I had roasted chicken over jambalaya. The decor in this restaurant was beautiful...opposite us was a floor to ceiling aquarium...with tons of sea life inside...a great place!

The Seas with Nemo and Friends....

We boarded the "clamobile" and enjoyed the Nemo and Friends ride...then walked around the different exhibits...and warmed up...before lunch.

The Land....

A very interesting ride...we learned about advances in agriculture while riding through the greenhouses... and saw pumpkins growing overhead...green onions growing out of pipes...learning how fish waste is used to feed plants....hmmm.

Epcot....

Epcot...absolutely beautiful...and cold...very cold...and windy...which made it freezing cold...but I loved this place. Did I mention I was wearing shorts...true story.

A funny side note....

These pics are from the web..I didn't get any of Downtown Disney at night..sad...and I didn't get any of the water taxi...however...I do have a story. As the water taxi was leaving...we were suddenly jolted back...and heard a terrible noise...apparently the driver forgot to unhook us from the boardwalk...after a few moments of silence...and wondering if we were going to sink...we were unhooked and on our way...

Downtown Disney...

We rode the water taxi from our Hotel...to Downtown Disney...and at night...it was absolutely beautiful...this place is HUGE...and we missed most of it...the kids were tired..and it was late...a great time though....

WOW...what an experience...one I'm truly greatful for. I enjoyed every minute here...and truly miss it...I hope my kids will remember this forever...If not...I have pictures..=0)
