We're here...and we love it! Aside from the fact that it only took us close to two hours to make the last 18 miles of the trip..and a few meltdowns... we're good.
The house is B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L...and...it's not 100 degrees.... I think we'll stay.

Harry!

Photobucket

This year Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince opened on Tanner's birthday! We liked the movie..as much as one can..when clearly...the book is ALWAYS better.

pre-show entertainment.

While waiting to see Harry...Julie provided the entertainment..and Jackson received the payoff. Just as Jackson was about to sit in his chair...yup...Julie pulled it out from under him (that's why we bring her). Still makes me laugh. He didn't get hurt..well...just his pride. I think it's important to note...that while we were laughing...so was Jackson...then he realized we were laughing at him...and not with him...so Julie felt bad (and wanted his love) so she bought him candy...yup..good times.

Tanner's Birthday started with...Chinese Food. We had lunch at Maple Garden. Everyone enjoyed the sweet and sour chicken (we saw Julie eating off Meg's plate). Of course we can't forget the fortune cookies..and who knows..maybe one day Tanner's fortune will come true...he thinks it already has.
