I really liked this spot...however...the kids...not so much...they were a little afraid of the bees in the hole in the fence.....like a good mom....I made them pose anyway....

More adventures...at the Farmington Trail...

Yeah..I was after the perfect shot...and I did get some that I absolutely love...I learned that I can find great spots...but as for posing...I seemed to be at a loss...I have alot to learn...

nope...he did NOT want to put the knome back....

Yup..the adventure continues...Jackson was difficult to pose...he did not want to follow directions...this caused meltdowns...next...he found this cute little knome thingy...it had writing on the bottom...some phrases meant to inspire the finder of this knome...he thought he should keep this...I did not...he needed to put it back....well....you can see the pictures. We still wanted to drive up the canyon....for more pictures...and he was done...so we stopped for lunch first...and let him drink a LARGE coke...he was a new boy....for awhile...

I love fall...not just any fall...the fall when the leaves on the trees turn beautiful colors....at the end of October...not the end of September...an Indian Summer. Every year we head up the canyon...and take fall pictures...I love it! My kids tolerate it...sort of. I took almost 200 shots...did I mention...I'm obsessed with fall...the color...the smell...the 70 degrees...anyway..I am sharing our adventure with you...enjoy!

Body Worlds 3....

For UEA this year we took the kids to Body Worlds...Eric couldn't get the whole four days off so his families Park City condo was out this year....however...Body Worlds was completely amazing..we weren't sure how the kids would enjoy it...but...they liked it. It was an unbelievable detailed look at the inner workings of the human body...and everything was real...incredible..if you get the chance you should go...I was surprised at what exhibits held my kids' attention...the exhibits were very detailed...and Jackson noticed the eyelashes....you thought I was going to write something else didn't you....

Chuck E. Cheese....

So...we were down to just one kid tonight...yeah...it was Jackson...I know...hard to call him one kid...cuz he's more like 5 or 6...anyway...we decided to do something fun with him...and since Chuck E. Cheese just opened...that's where we went...in a word...CROWDED...we tried to talk him into going somewhere else...but no. We still have like 20 tokens left...cuz Jackson had the most fun just playing on the playground...I think he did that so we'd have to come back sometime and use the tokens....I know how his mind works....and I don't like these pictures...but I forgot my camera...I know...hard to believe...for me it would be like forgetting an arm or a leg....but I forgot...and so I had to turn to the sketch machine...nothing like trying to pose in a booth while tons and tons of people stand in line and watch....*shivers*...I was desperate...

Down on the Farm....Mink that is...

Another mink...found by are neighborhood mink hunter...Charlie...I was outside this morning talking to my neighbor (and friend) Jill...her little guy..Charlie...comes over to us and says "I found a mink!" Sure enough..in our window well...was this little guy....

Not your typical Sunday.....

This morning in church we learned that animal rights activist released over 7,000 minks from the mink farm West of our house...so...if we find any...please return them...oh boy did we find them...Ginger found the first one...then our boys along with the neighbor boys..went mink hunting...two were caught in our circle....we headed down to the field where tons of volunteers were helping to get these minks back home....on our walk back home...we found several more...they tell us...we should be finding them for days....oh boy.... they figure around 2,000 are still missing....
